Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Event Management
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience (preferred)
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation (preferred)
  • 2+ or more years of experience negotiating and executing contracts for associate events (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, associate experience, or associate engagement roles (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders on setting the strategic vision and theme for these events
  • Translate important theme and key talent messages into guiding selection of content and overall direction for the associate experience at the event
  • Oversee a team that has responsibility of managing all aspects of delivery of key events including budgets, scheduling, attendee experience and agenda
  • Draw connections between these 3 major events including audience and messaging and ensure best practices are being delivered across
  • Identify opportunities for other events or opportunities to engage these communities to further push on the talent agenda for their leaders
