- Assist the branch manager during monthly health and safety audits.
- Supervise daily operations, including schedules and the achievement of sales and production targets.
- Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives in the field.
- Assist the branch manager with communication to employees.
- Collaborate with different partners to monitor and apply business processes.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of hourly employees with the branch manager.
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash deposits, employee payroll, and scheduling.
- Support the branch manager in recruiting, welcoming, and integrating new employees.
- Act as an ambassador during organizational change and play an active role in its deployment at the branch.
- Experience in retail sales or the automotive industry.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
