Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years in training logistics or military operations coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to logistics and operational accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to quickly learn other tools.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistics for training events, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment.
  • Ensure training schedules align with logistics and availability.
  • Manage supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for language and culture training programs.
  • Ensure trainers have all necessary resources for effective instruction.
  • Ensure logistical arrangements comply with safety regulations.
  • Act as liaison between instructional staff and external service providers to ensure training resources are available when needed.

  • Operational Planning: Ability to coordinate multiple operational needs simultaneously.
