Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in training logistics or military operations coordination is required.
  • Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidates must be skilled in troubleshooting logistical challenges.
  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, as well as Adobe.
  • Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
  • Candidates must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates must maintain a high level of logistics and operational accuracy.
  • Candidates must be proficient with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistics for training events, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment.
  • Ensure training schedules align with logistics and availability.
  • Manage supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for language and culture training programs.
  • Ensure trainers have all necessary resources for effective instruction.
  • Ensure logistical arrangements comply with safety regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between instructional staff and external service providers to ensure training resources are available when needed.
  • Perform duties in a competent and professional manner that meets established milestones and delivery schedules.

  • In-depth knowledge of logistical coordination in training programs.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple operational needs simultaneously.
