We’re seeking an associate to work within our business processing team. You will review, lead, and work directly with other associates to provide award winning services to our clients
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationships by managing expectations while adhering to department standard operating procedures.
Analyze and review work to ensure completeness and accuracy of the investment accounting data.
Manage and complete new client initiatives and transition process.
Review and evaluate existing procedures and operations, but also make recommendations regarding process improvements.
Engage in additional learning offered by Broadridge to promote personal and professional development.
Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure deadlines are met accordingly.
Ability to work with system development to draft and design new functionality for the investment accounting platform.
Assist with fund audits where applicable by providing necessary support to third party auditors.
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four year college or university preferred.
1+ years’ experience in Investment Accounting a plus.
Working knowledge of Alternative investments
Foundational knowledge of Investment Accounting concepts and principles.
Ability to lead and motivate staff.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication talent.
Ability to organize and self-prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
