- Enrollment in or recent graduation from academic engineering studies, such as mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, or engineering management.
- Good command of English in speech and writing.
- Technical understanding.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and very good Excel skills.
- Support the creation of new value streams and contribute ideas by working on process development, design, and procurement of special machines.
- Develop solutions to optimize existing value streams and apply theoretical knowledge in the process.
- Execute reporting in the manufacturing environment and develop it further.
- Analyze and prepare data to support manufacturing projects and comprehensive investment planning.
- Knowledge of Visio and VBA.
- Knowledge of lean production and value stream management.
- German language skills.
