Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing issues.
  • Manage project performance, timelines, and budgets; address complex problems and implement solutions to ensure delivery results.
  • Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement migration plans.
  • Develop and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards to enhance project success and delivery.

Desired Qualifications

  • Fintech and/or banking project management experience.
  • Scrum Master certification or higher.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
