Runna creates personalized training plans for runners at all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. It designs training programs with input from a professional running coach and a senior MSK physiotherapist, and delivers them through runna.com. Plans vary by distance, goal, duration, and intensity to match individual fitness levels, with options for ongoing support or premium content. Unlike many generic programs, Runna emphasizes running-specific coaching and injury management, backed by credible experts. The company aims to help people improve their running performance, reach specific goals (like faster 5Ks or finishing marathons), and reduce injury risk through tailored, guided training.
