  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for technology-oriented projects/teams
  • 2+ years of general project management experience with cross-team collaboration
  • One or more Scrum Master certifications: PSM I/II, CSM/A-CSM, PMI-ACP, SSM
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks in addition to Scrum: XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of Scrum principles and practices
  • Experience with Agile-oriented techniques like User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Driven Development, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Function as a servant-leader for 2 or more cross-functional teams
  • Coach teams towards greater performance and understanding of Scrum and Kanban
  • Facilitate Scrum events and team activities
  • Promote team self-organization and support Product Owner(s)
  • Champion Agile & Scrum values at all levels of the organization
  • Engage in the Community of Practice and improve Scrum practices
  • Provide project management function for cross-team initiatives
  • Promote adoption of technical tools and best practices
