VIRA Insight acquires Lynx Innovation to integrate technology into retail design and manufacturing

VIRA Insight, a global retail design and manufacturing company, has acquired Lynx Innovation, a provider of technology-enabled retail solutions with operations in Minneapolis and manufacturing facilities in Jiaxing, China. The acquisition combines VIRA's retail execution capabilities with Lynx's technology expertise and international production footprint. The deal expands VIRA's service offerings to include integrated technology solutions whilst strengthening its global manufacturing network across North America and Asia. "The future of our industry belongs to companies that can combine global execution with intelligence and innovation inside the physical store environment," said Jeff Jones, VIRA's CEO. Both leadership teams will remain in place during the integration process. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition positions VIRA to deliver technology-integrated retail environments as physical stores become increasingly connected and interactive.
