  • A proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales.

  • The ability to obtain necessary immunizations and records required to access facilities within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
  • Present and demonstrate expertise in the company’s products to patients, physicians, specialty therapists, and medical professionals.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and new products.
  • Complete administrative duties, including call reports, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage expenses within territory budgets.
  • Follow up with patients after setup and communicate with physicians and therapists regarding the patient process and insurance guidelines.
  • Determine the optimal equipment for individual patient needs.
  • Communicate with corporate and administrative staff regarding equipment needs and requirements to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.
  • Demonstrate, train, and communicate the proper use of the company’s devices to patients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, financial standards, and internal policies, including CMS and OFCCP guidelines for patient intake, data management, the Quality Management System, documentation, and training.
  • Manage a high volume of referrals and ensure timely processing of information.
  • Maintain accuracy in patient records and insurance information.
