Salary Range: 120000 to 200000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

The Work:

• You’ll be someone who understands how infrastructure and capital projects are planned, designed, constructed and operated and who knows it can be done better. You’ll have experience with the digital technologies used in our industry, and the expertise that can help clients do more with it. You are good with people and eager to learn new things. You are capable of leading the delivery of technology consulting and systems integration projects, and can also support project teams as a subject matter expert as needed in a matrix organization.
• You’ll work with the Digital team in our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, supporting digital transformation for capital projects and engineering across industries.
• You’ll work on project delivery across public service, utilities, transportation and more to help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge.  
• You’ll help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new products & services, experiences, and business & operating models.  
• You’ll focus on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle for multiple industries.  
• You’ll support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X 
• You’ll gain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partners 
• You’ll work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained 
• You’ll gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practice 
• Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses 
• Depending on client/project requirements, work location may be flexible, remote or onsite or onsite at delivery center:
• Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or 6+ years professional work experience in a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years experience working with digital technologies and systems used for Infrastructure and Capital Projects, such as Building Information Management (BIM), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Reality Capture, and others
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in capital projects management, asset management, construction execution, project management, and/or project controls
• Fluency in English and Spanish languages

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• You have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
• You have industry certifications such as CCM, CCE, PSP, EVM, PE, PMP, AIA, QS, CM-BIM, etc.
• Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Teams/SharePoint, Projects, PowerPoint, Word
