A high school diploma and a valid North Carolina driver's license are required.
Experience in human services and residential care is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance, supervision, and training to consumers and staff in accordance with policy, procedure, and Habilitation Plans in a residential and/or day-treatment setting.
Ensure the residential and/or day-program environment is safe, clean, and therapeutic, and that consumers' basic needs are met.

About the Position:
The Habilitation Technician helps build a better future for consumers by providing guidance, supervision and training to consumers and staff in accordance with policy, procedure, and Habilitation Plans in the residential and/or day treatment setting. The Habilitation Technician is responsible for ensuring that the residential and/or day program environment is safe, clean, therapeutic, and that basic consumer needs are met.
