Requirements
- More than 5 years of prior experience in project management, delivery, or migration of software or SaaS solutions, preferably in enterprise or multi-product environments.
- Familiarity with project-management methodologies and planning and tracking tools.
- Understanding of data migration, integrations, and service continuity.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and mediation skills across diverse stakeholders, including company management.
- Strong results orientation and commitment to deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and risk-management and change-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and govern the full lifecycle of each migration project, from gap analysis between the original and target products through go-live and stabilization of the target solution.
- Define the scope, phases, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for each migration, while maintaining an overall view and updating project documentation, including plans, progress reports, issue logs, and lessons learned.
- Define and maintain the migration schedule, continuously monitor progress against established deadlines, manage priorities, and promptly report risks.
- Act as the point of reference and coordination link among internal functions including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and the Project Management Office.
- Interface with external stakeholders, including enterprise customers and technology partners, for delivery activities.
- Define quality criteria and acceptance requirements, oversee testing and validation phases, and ensure service continuity while minimizing impact on end users during the transition.
Desired Qualifications
- Project-management certifications such as Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
- Technical skills or basic knowledge of REST services and experience using Postman.
- Background in a structured information-technology organization.
- Knowledge of business-process-management and/or low-code systems.
- Experience in enterprise or multi-product environments.
