Pharmacist - Hospital Setting
+ Oncology rate: CAD 55/hour
On-site work is mandatory one weekend every two weeks for distribution duties; oncology work is remote.
About the job
- A minimum of two years of hospital oncology experience in Quebec.
- Experience validating oncology prescriptions and providing patient education.
- Fluency in spoken and written French, with the ability to write in English.
- Membership in good standing with the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec.
- A Master's degree in advanced pharmacotherapy in Quebec.
- Completion of Loi 31 requirements.
- Personal access to DSQ.
- Functional proficiency with Gespharx, including its validation, scanning, clinical, and BCM modules, and with the MYLE electronic medical record in oncology.
- FARPOPQ insurance, category A.
- Perform prescription validation in oncology remotely.
- Provide patient education remotely.
- Perform distribution pharmacist duties in an in-person or remote work arrangement.
- Work on-site one weekend every two weeks for distribution duties.
