- Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Partner with area leaders and supervisors to train employees on processes and best practices.
- Support Production, Shipping, and Human Resources with personnel matters by translating questions and guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Work with supervisors and employees to ensure instructions and standard operating procedures are clearly understood.
- Appear on camera to explain standard operating procedures for video-based training as new equipment is added.
- Help maintain established quality standards across production and shipping.
- Monitor production quality across work areas through regular floor observations.
- Help resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Support Human Resources in maintaining shop safety by clearly communicating Lake Country Manufacturing safety standards and confirming employee understanding.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work directly in manufacturing processes between staff-support duties to learn how each machine operates and improve training effectiveness.
- Additional postsecondary education is preferred.
