About the job
- Mastery of commercial development techniques.

- Successful experience in a similar role.
- Organizational capabilities and the ability to work in a team and communicate with brokers and colleagues, including service orientation, courtesy, listening, patience, and the ability to explain and educate.
- Proficiency with office software, including Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability to establish partnerships with brokers and promote the company's underwriting policy and image.
- A valid category B driver's license.
- Develop and manage a broker portfolio for the distribution of property and casualty insurance products in line with defined quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of regional and national action plans.
- Ensure brokers comply with the commitments set out in partnership charters and with the company's brokerage strategy.
- Propose development initiatives to improve brokerage commercial performance.
- Work with underwriting, policy administration, claims, and other company departments as part of a continuous-improvement approach.
