Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction planning within large-scale MEH project environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 for schedule development and progress monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement and construction environments and integrated planning across project lifecycles.
  • Experience working within nuclear or highly regulated industrial sectors.
  • Ability to develop and manage logic-linked construction schedules effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary site and project teams.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and challenge constructively within complex environments.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules across mechanical, electrical and HVAC scopes.
  • Create fully logic-linked construction schedules aligned with defined work breakdown structures.
  • Update schedules regularly to reflect site progress and performance against agreed reporting cycles.
  • Collaborate with site teams and contractors on lookaheads, 4D planning and delivery coordination.
  • Support 16-week lookahead planning and short-term programme optimisation activities on site.
  • Analyse schedule performance, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for programme improvement.
  • Support trend and change processes, assessing schedule impacts and producing performance indicators.
  • Ensure contractor schedules align with programme forecasts and project control requirements.
  • Produce clear and accurate schedule reports to support project controls and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with construction, logistics and engineering teams to ensure schedule integration.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with 4D or 5D planning tools within major construction programmes.
  • Familiarity with site-based planning within nuclear new build projects.
  • Understanding of nuclear or conventional safety standards and site safety culture.
  • Experience contributing to trend, change and performance reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of planning within commissioning and handover project phases.
