Responsibilities
Find and brief creators at scale, from small accounts with loyal audiences to trend-setting creators, and retain creators who deliver.
Launch products in communities where they can gain traction, at the right moment.
Spot emerging formats and memes and act on them quickly.
Run frequent low-cost experiments with clear criteria for success and termination, and turn winning experiments into repeatable playbooks.
Find new channels where attention is inexpensive, including fan pages, communities, and platforms not yet used by the team.
Work with the Growth Manager to scale organic winners through paid channels and feed paid learnings back into organic growth.
Use metrics such as saves, shares, views, and cost per view to evaluate performance.
Build trackers, scripts, and automations using platform data and artificial intelligence tools.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Python, or artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
Being a creator or having run pages with a substantial following is a plus.

What you will do
Melotech is scaling fast, and organic reach is one of the engines behind it. As Growth Associate (Intern), you help run that engine end to end: the creators, the formats, the trends and the numbers behind them. This is an organic growth role first, measured on how much reach every hour and every euro brings back. You work directly with our founders, our Growth Manager, product and data team.
Today that means new products that each deserve a real shot at breaking out on short form video. Your first job is to build the machine behind that: find the creators and communities that move culture, turn what works into repeatable playbooks, and run more experiments in a week than most teams run in a quarter.
On a typical day, your tasks may include:
Creator network: finding and briefing creators at scale, from small accounts with loyal audiences to the ones that set trends, and keeping the ones that deliver
Launches: getting our products in front of the communities where they can travel, at the right moment
Trend spotting: catching formats and memes early and moving on them within days, not weeks
Experiments: running many cheap tests every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and turning the winners into playbooks the team can repeat
New channels: finding places where attention is still cheap, from fan pages and communities to platforms nobody on the team is using yet
Organic and paid together: working with our Growth Manager so organic winners get scaled with paid, and what paid learns feeds back into organic
Measurement: knowing which number answers which question, for example what saves and shares tell you that views do not, and what each view really costs
Tooling: building the trackers, scripts and automations you need, with platform data and AI tools as your daily coworkers

Analytical: you are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL, Python or AI tools are a plus
Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
A big plus: you are a creator yourself, or have run pages with a real following
Academics: pursuing or recently graduated with a degree at a top-tier university, with an outstanding academic record: grades, scholarships or awards to show for it

Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call, getting to know you
Case interview: 90-minute case discussion, present and debate your skills
Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO, going deep on all topics
Offer, contract signing and onboarding
