Requirements
  • You have 2-3 years of team leadership experience.
  • You possess significant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or customer success operations, preferably within a Software-as-a-Service company.
  • You have experience with customer relationship management, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker).
  • You have strong knowledge of Software-as-a-Service metrics, key performance indicators, and best practices.
  • You have a strong interest in, and proven ability to drive, AI-driven efficiency to continuously upgrade and modernize the RevOps technology stack, and curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI-focused RevOps strategy, aligning GTM teams for shared revenue goals and shaping AI-augmented commercial strategies.
  • Strategically deploy large language models, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation to streamline workflows, moving from manual processes to self-operating systems.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators, moving to predictive revenue forecasting, and using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage the GTM technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Chargebee, Looker), ensuring seamless AI integration for a unified, high-velocity engine.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships, fostering transparency and continuous improvement, and act as the internal advocate for AI-driven operational change.
  • Drive enablement initiatives to empower GTM teams with the necessary skills and AI toolchains to effectively leverage automation.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically emerging AI technologies in Software-as-a-Service, to ensure the RevOps function remains agile and innovative.
