- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, growth, performance marketing, or a related field.
- A strong track record of leading and coaching teams.
- Strong analytical instincts, including comfort building dashboards, designing tests, and turning data into decisions.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and stay organized under ambiguity.
- Scale Google Maps by growing and optimizing thousands of Google Business Profiles so they outrank competitors and convert searchers into bookings.
- Grow walk-in reservations by scaling and iterating on location signage programs.
- Lead supply expansion by helping property owners invest in capital improvements that grow their Neighbor earnings.
- Own the demand side of key partner pilots by leveraging new and existing channels to fill pilot locations with renters and unlock full portfolios.
- Own a portfolio of growth bets by prioritizing hypotheses, running tests, generating learnings, and scaling winners.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve phone and web conversion rates, ship new features and automations, and uncover insights that improve channel operations.
- Lead and coach a high-output team by raising standards, accelerating speed, developing team members, and surfacing new ideas.
- Own channel performance reporting and build dashboards that keep the company, executives, and board informed.
- Startup experience.
- Experience with hyperlocal marketplaces, real estate, storage, or parking.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization or local search at scale.
- Experience scaling local channels such as Google Maps, Facebook Marketplace, and Google Local Services Ads.
