Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • At least 7 years of accounting experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience is required.
  • Leadership, financial analysis, and accounting system expertise are required.
  • The role requires decision-making, integrity, and strategic thinking.
  • Candidates must understand and be proficient with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio are required.
  • Candidates must establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives with at least three goals for each of the firm's eight global competencies.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting activities.
  • Manage staff and ensure timely closings.
  • Develop and enforce accounting policies.
  • Manage audit preparation and coordination.
  • Oversee special financial projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning.
  • Support accounting functional-area services and client engagement requirements.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPA certification is preferred.
