Requirements
  • Experience with construction drawings and schematics, including understanding the functionality and infrastructure requirements for building and servicing client spaces with future-proofing in mind.
  • Experience leading teams through the design, scheduling, deployment, and commissioning phases of conference rooms, event spaces, broadcast studios, digital signage, and other video conferencing deployments in an enterprise organization.
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues across multiple platforms, including Workplace Chat, Cisco Webex, email, and task-management tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve project-related issues and remove roadblocks for installation crews and construction teams.
  • Ability to understand and maintain project budgets while adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple cities and regions.
  • Time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify roadblocks and next steps proactively.
  • Understanding of audio visual system functionality and installation processes and techniques.
  • Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD, including navigating, marking up basic drawings, and adding templates for reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and floor plans.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Bluebeam Revu Sessions.
  • Experience with project-management software platforms in an enterprise organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 4 years of project-management experience in a technical field such as audio visual/video conferencing, networking, infrastructure, or information technology construction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and similar project-management applications.
  • Ability to manage outside vendors through the design process and integration efforts while ensuring adherence to rigid design guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners and third-party vendors from project planning through execution and post-deployment review.
  • Prioritize tasks for Deployment Coordinators while supporting the Deployment Engineering team with non-standard deployments.
  • Lead projects through the design, procurement, deployment, and commissioning of shared and collaborative information-technology equipment in technology-office builds, including video conferencing, event-production spaces, digital signage, and broadcast studios.
  • Provide stakeholders with routine deployment-project status updates, communicate technical issues and risks, minimize their impact using Asana, and post weekly project updates.
  • Apply client standards while determining designs, bills of materials, and drawings for new and remodeled offices in collaboration with design engineers and cross-functional partners.
  • Engage third-party vendors for hardware procurement, scheduling, and system integration, and hold them accountable for installation quality, schedules, contractual commitments, and complete project handover.
  • Perform site visits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform testing and commissioning handovers with third-party vendors.
  • Perform light drafting work in AutoCAD and mark up drawings to convey design intent to other trades.
  • Participate in Bluebeam sessions during design reviews to sign off on drawings, documentation, and requests for information.
  • Travel domestically and internationally when project demands require it.
Desired Qualifications
  • CAPM, PMP, or Prince2 certification.
  • Certified Technology Specialist certification.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.

By Gemma Murray Published 26th Aug 2026, 15:54 BST More than 20 senior executives from North Carolina arrived here this week as part of NI Chamber's strategic partnership with NC Chamber. The group, which includes leaders from organisations such as John Deere, SunTX Capital Partners, PNC Bank and Azurity Pharmaceuticals, was welcomed by Secretary of State, Sir Chris Bryant MP, deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly MLA and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Sarah Owens MP at a launch event in Hillsborough Castle. The visit is a reciprocal one, following NI Chamber's trade mission to North Carolina, which was led by the First Minister and deputy First Minister in March 2025. You May Like Over the coming days, the delegation will meet business leaders from across Northern Ireland and visit key drivers of innovation including Belfast Harbour, Studio Ulster and Queen's University. They will also experience some of the region's renowned hospitality and tourism offering, culminating in a golf tournament at Galgorm Castle tomorrow (Thursday). The tailored programme has been designed to provide both high-level business engagement and opportunities to build the personal connections that underpin successful international partnerships.
