  • Proven work experience in digital adoption, sales/sales engineering, instructional design, or sales training
  • Experience working in a software sales organization
  • Understanding of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) marketplace
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Confluence, and Captivate
  • Strong leadership skills to contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams, and focus groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset for developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals and process improvement projects
Responsibilities
  • Improve revenue attainment in AMER by enhancing processes and programs that accelerate and grow sales
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking metrics that improve seller productivity
  • Translate WalkMe product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
  • Lead the relationship with the SVP for AMER and territory leaders, delivering insights on program needs and improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to agree on learning plans, product updates, and other priorities
  • Engage subject matter experts from product development and marketing in the design and execution of sales enablement programs
  • Provide 1-1 coaching sessions to revenue team members to improve their selling motions
  • Design and develop WalkMe GTM learning paths and certifications for consistent and repeatable learning
  • Design and deliver training at all AMER QBRs
  • Develop course curriculums that scale to learners' requirements via Mindtickle, Confluence, and WalkMe in-app guidance
  • Work with the Head of Revenue Enablement to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookings
  • Support product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales force
  • Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or similar roles
  • Certification in sales methodologies or instructional design
  • Raleigh or San Francisco based
