Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on strategic accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize strategic selling and value selling methodologies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships up to C-Level with key enterprise clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our company´s SaaS solution, articulating how they can address specific client needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in existing and emerging markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
