About the job
- An active California registered nurse license is required.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of home health nursing experience is required.
- Experience managing private-pay clients is required.
- A Master in Nursing is preferred.
- Industry experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, drive, and take action is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Must pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
- A cell phone with internet access is required.
- Proof of negative tuberculosis results is required.
- Must be willing to work one weekend a month as backup on-call.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to design and carry out customized care plans.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, families, caregivers, and nursing staff.
- Oversee and streamline service delivery across a network of caregivers, nurses, therapists, and external partners.
- Use clinical judgment to navigate private-pay client dynamics and family relationships.
- Industry experience is preferred.
