About the job
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least four years of experience with information technologies.
- At least four years of software development experience with Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or above, SOAP or REST web services, JSP, Servlets, Eclipse, HTML, IBM WebSphere or JBoss Application Server, and SQL.
- Experience with Apache Camel, Spring Boot, Kafka messaging, Hazelcast caching, and Apache Ignite.
- Ability to write data definition language and data manipulation language SQL commands, analyze data, present conclusions, and maintain data quality.
- At least two years of experience handling teams as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Module Lead.
- At least two years of experience working in a global delivery model, including onsite-offshore collaboration.
- At least four years of experience with software development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
- At least four years of experience with project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of build and configuration management processes.
- Technical aptitude and experience with software development tools and techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with offshore teams.
- Ability to participate in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code review activities.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with quality and track them to closure.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and local to Phoenix, Arizona for an in-person interview.
