Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Catholic nonprofit senior living provider
Benedictine is a nonprofit Catholic network running senior living and care communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Illinois, and Missouri, offering independent living through skilled nursing and home health. Each community provides housing matched to need with 24-hour medical support and specialized services like ventilator/respiratory care, and it operates a memory care program with dementia-stage neighborhoods. The organization expands through acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures and funds services from private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid, anchored in faith-based values. Its goal is to deliver comprehensive, accessible, faith-informed senior care that supports independence and well-being while sustaining a nonprofit model through strategic growth.
