Plug Power's stock gains momentum as earnings estimates and hydrogen project pipeline improve.

Plug Power's stock gains momentum as earnings estimates and hydrogen project pipeline improve. Key points. * Plug Power's earnings estimates have been revised upward, signaling increased investor confidence. * Management projects US$1.2 billion in revenue by 2029, with an emphasis on improving cash generation. * The company is focused on turning its hydrogen projects into signed and funded agreements. * Investors should remain aware of operational risks, including cash runway and potential project delays. Plug Power has recently garnered attention in the stock market following upward revisions to its earnings estimates. This is accompanied by management reiterating its revenue guidance for 2026, highlighting improved margins and reduced net cash usage. The strategic focus on enhancing operational efficiency while advancing major hydrogen and electrolyzer projects suggests a more promising outlook for Plug Power's future. The investment narrative around Plug Power hinges on its ability to execute its hydrogen initiatives successfully. Analysts note the importance of transforming its project pipeline into predictable cash flow, moving towards breakeven gross margins, and consistently decreasing cash burn. The revision of earnings estimates and reassured revenue guidance for 2026 indicate a tightening control on operations at Plug Power, especially crucial as the company prepares for its upcoming earnings call and annual symposium in November 2026. Recent communications from management underscore that Plug Power is on track with its revenue goals, which is vital for investors who have seen the stock price fall sharply. The anticipated results are expected to reinforce the commentary on margins and cash usage, central to addressing near-term operational risks. The company aims to revitalize its image by stabilizing costs while progressing on its hydrogen projects, specifically highlighting agreements related to electrolyzer technologies and production infrastructure. Plug Power's projections suggest a long-term vision of reaching US$1.2 billion in revenue and approximately US$137.5 million in earnings by 2029, requiring significant earnings growth from its current loss of US$1.7 billion. However, the investment community remains split regarding the stock's future, with some analysts forecasting lower revenues and earnings, thus introducing a cautionary note regarding potential project cancellations. Despite the volatility in projections, Plug Power's recent operational updates paint a favorable picture for investors. The combination of improved cash flow and strategic hydrogen development indicates a robust investment potential. However, challenges remain, including liquidity concerns and possible delays in project execution, which investors need to monitor closely as Plug Power navigates this critical phase in its growth strategy. In conclusion, while the market outlook on Plug Power appears optimistic based on rising earnings estimates and a strengthening project pipeline, investors are advised to conduct thorough research and consider a range of perspectives before making investment decisions in the dynamic landscape of hydrogen and energy transition stocks. Introducing a redesigned PlugPower.com.

Introducing a redesigned PlugPower.com. October 8, 2026 Today, on National Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Day, Plug is launching a new PlugPower.com, a website built to better reflect who Plug Power Inc. is today, where Plug Power Inc. is focused and the work happening across its business every day. For decades, Plug has been putting hydrogen technology to work in real-world applications. Its new website brings that story to the forefront. From GenDrive fuel cell systems powering material handling operations to GenEco electrolyzers producing hydrogen around the world and Plug's hydrogen production network supplying customers with fuel, the new PlugPower.com is centered on the technologies, projects and customers driving its business forward. Real technology and real deployments. One of the biggest changes visitors will notice is simple: what you see is real. Across the new website, photography of Plug products operating in the field replaces much of the rendered imagery used on its previous site. Visitors can see electrolyzers installed at customer sites, fuel cells operating in demanding applications and hydrogen infrastructure supporting operations today. Featured projects are woven throughout the site, bringing visitors directly into real-world deployments and showing Plug technology at work across industries, applications and geographies.\ Explore featured electrolyzer projects showcasing Plug's solutions in action, HERE Explore featured material handling projects showcasing Plug's solutions in action, HERE These aren't concepts of what hydrogen technology could look like someday. They are examples of what Plug technology is already doing around the world. That distinction is important. Plug has spent decades building, deploying and operating hydrogen technology, and the new website is designed to make that experience visible. Focused on Plug's core business. The site has also been restructured around the areas at the center of Plug's business and growth strategy: GenEco electrolyzers, GenDrive fuel cells and hydrogen production. Rather than simply presenting a broad portfolio of technologies, the new experience makes it easier to understand how these core businesses work, where they are being deployed and how they connect across the hydrogen value chain. Together, they demonstrate something unique about Plug: its experience doesn't stop with a single piece of equipment. Plug Power Inc. understand hydrogen from production through application because Plug Power Inc. has spent years building and operating across the ecosystem. Explore Plug's fuel cell products, HERE Explore Plug's electrolyzer products, HERE Explore Plug's cryogenic products, HERE Explore Plug's hydrogen and infrastructure products, HERE The Plug hydrogen ecosystem at work. The new website brings that ecosystem to life. Throughout PlugPower.com, visitors will find examples of Plug technology working across industries and geographies, supported by customer stories, project examples and testimonials from organizations using its solutions. The result is a clearer view of how the pieces fit together. From producing hydrogen with Plug electrolyzers, to supplying hydrogen through its production network, to putting that hydrogen to work decarbonizing heavy industry, powering material handling, supporting the transition to renewable energy, and enabling operations where reliable, low-carbon power matters most. It's the Plug hydrogen ecosystem not as a diagram or future vision, but at work today. Explore Plug's hydrogen ecosystem at work, HERE Decades of experience, built into every solution. Hydrogen is experiencing a new era of investment and innovation, but Plug's experience in the industry isn't new. The redesigned site highlights the depth of experience behind its technology with decades spent developing fuel cell and hydrogen solutions, deploying systems, operating equipment and learning alongside its customers. That history matters because building hydrogen projects at scale requires more than technology. It requires experience gained from putting that technology into operation in the real world. Its new site gives visitors a much clearer view of that foundation and how it continues to inform the solutions Plug is building today. Explore Plug by the numbers, HERE A clear view of its path forward. The new PlugPower.com is also designed to provide greater visibility into where Plug is going. Its financial roadmap is presented clearly, with progress tracked as key actions and milestones are completed. Plug Power stock gains on 280 MW electrolyzer deal with Arcadia.

Plug Power stock gains on 280 MW electrolyzer deal with Arcadia. Luke Juricic Investing.com - Plug Power Inc (NASDAQ:PLUG)) shares rose almost 5% in premarket trading Tuesday following the company's announcement of a 280-megawatt electrolyzer supply agreement with Arcadia eFuels for Project ENDOR in Denmark. The deal includes a strategic cooperation agreement positioning Plug as the preferred electrolyzer supplier for more than 1 gigawatt of Arcadia eFuels' e-SAF projects across Europe and the Americas. The agreement follows three years of joint engineering work, with deliveries set to begin after the project issues notice to proceed. Project ENDOR, Arcadia eFuels' flagship facility at the Port of Vordingborg on Denmark's south coast, will use renewable grid power to run 280 MW of Plug electrolyzers, producing roughly 110 tons of renewable hydrogen daily. Arcadia eFuels will combine the hydrogen with captured carbon dioxide to produce jet fuel for standard aircraft. The strategic cooperation agreement extends beyond ENDOR to four additional Arcadia eFuels projects in Europe and the Americas, representing more than 1 GW of potential electrolyzer capacity. The deal also provides Arcadia eFuels with priority access to Plug's manufacturing capacity as each project advances. The e-SAF market is expanding as the EU's ReFuelEU Aviation mandate requires a rising share of sustainable aviation fuel at European airports, including a sub-target reserved for synthetic fuels from 2030. Plug is executing multiple projects with combined capacity in the multi-gigawatt range across Denmark, the U.K., Spain, and Portugal, including a 100 MW GenEco installation at Galp's Sines refinery.
