About the job
- A technical diploma or degree relevant to the field, such as Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic studies, or proven experience in the field.
- Experience sizing and programming electronic products for industrial automation.
- Knowledge of industrial automation products.
- Knowledge and use of programming packages from Schneider Electric or other manufacturers, as well as C++.
- Knowledge and use of Arduino.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and use of AS400, Board, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and communication abilities.
- Be responsible for developing industrial automation solutions for customers in the assigned geographic area of Lazio by conducting site visits at existing plants and new projects.
- Support Rexel sales representatives during customer negotiations and provide training to internal personnel and Rexel customers on the Industrial Automation business unit.
- Provide a consultative approach to customers by supporting and guiding purchasing decisions, assisting with plant design and programming, and supporting plant commissioning with the technical instructions needed to configure parameters and verify correct operation.
- Assist maintenance teams in identifying the most suitable product or solution.
- Knowledge and use of AS400, Board, and CRM systems.
