Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' stock has declined roughly 1% this year, despite being a strong long-term performer. The biotech company will report third-quarter earnings on 30 October, which could provide a catalyst for the struggling share price. Global sales of Dupixent and Libtayo rose 38% and 30% respectively, whilst Eylea HD revenue in the US climbed 52%. The strong figures pushed the stock to a new 52-week high in early September. The company has roughly 50 product candidates in development. Regeneron trades at 19 times trailing earnings and less than 15 times forward earnings, compared to the S&P 500's multiples of 23 and 20 respectively.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals gained recognition for its 'Speed to Science' project, earning the gold medal for the Transformation Project of the Year Award. Transformation Project of the Year. Supply chains have undergone significant changes in recent years, driven by ongoing volatility and the emergence of technology. The Transformation Project of the Year award acted as an opportunity to celebrate the organisations which have delivered successful transformation projects. It looked at those which have shown to improve efficiency, agility and performance through redesign, digitalisation or innovation. The nominees were: * Creating A Stronger, Smarter Global Supply Chain - East West Manufacturing * ATCO's Momentous, Really-Big-Deal Procurement Transformation - ProcureAbility - Jabil * Flow State: Turning Supply Fragility into Predictable Flow - Seqwater (Silver) * Transforming Healthcare Access: Building Integrated Digital Healthcare Ecosystem - Unitel LLC (Bronze) Regeneron Pharmaceuticals won the first place award with its project, Speed to Science: Transforming the Lab Supplies Category, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Regeneron in the lead. Every day, people are searching for answers to their illnesses, facing uncertainties about their health, their diagnosis and their treatments. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals aims to end this uncertainty, helping speed up the process of treatment without sacrificing quality. At Regeneron, teams of scientists, researchers and more are looking to deepen their understandings in order to advance research and unlock new innovations in healthcare. This project focused on rebuilding the company's lab supplies programme across three global sites in order to get the right products that allowed scientists to focus on their discoveries. Through this project, Regeneron achieved 85% adoption in year one, saving more than 750 administrative hours. This is a demonstration of the work Regeneron's team have been putting in in order to create a wider impact - by getting the right technology and the most effective products, teams have seen greater efficiency across one of the most critical supply chains. Winner insights. Upon receipt of this award, Supply Chain Digital spoke to Deborah Waterhouse, Associate Director at Regeneron. How does it feel to win this award? It feels great. Supply Chain Digital has worked hard as a team, not just who are here tonight, but also the team that Supply Chain Digital support. It's its stakeholders and its procurement leads and everybody else that supports the team. Could you tell me about the project and why you won this award? It was a lot of hard work. Supply Chain Digital has done a lot over the last 18 months of really focusing on what Supply Chain Digital needed to change within its supply chain and ensuring that Supply Chain Digital could move forward with transforming through sustainability solutions, through a value that Supply Chain Digital can deliver to the organisation. So delivering in so many opportunities and value beyond savings. How can supply chain leaders adapt to current world events? There's so much that Supply Chain Digital need to focus on. I think AI is going to play a big role in that as well, about how Supply Chain Digital use data and analytics to really support its organisations in the future. So it's very exciting to see how Supply Chain Digital can also adapt to that and really consider what is really, truly important going forwards. Finally, what does the future look like for your project? There's still a lot of work to be done. It never ends. So transformation means transformation. It requires a lot of change, people being on board for that and looking at what the next step is in its innovation and how Supply Chain Digital perform going forwards. Company Portals
