Requirements
  • 10+ years of working with and managing media research and media tools.
  • Deep understanding of media data, addressable media, audience segmentation, and ad tech.
  • Proven experience in market research and media research tools and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of working in an advertising agency or other fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to design a process for developing media audiences and media insights used for addressable and general media planning and buying.
  • Develop a process for translating client and strategy team audience segments to actionable and buyable media across platforms and channels.
  • Work with the strategy, analytics, and media strategy teams to create custom audience and data strategies for clients.
  • Oversee and lead the agency’s media research approach including the identification, selection, and use of key tools and platforms.
  • Work with the Tech & Analytics teams to identify strategic tech and data platforms and tools for audience and research analysis and activation.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Media Planning to manage and leverage the full research tool suite.
  • Work with Tech & Product team to develop a proprietary audience platform.
