About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Data Platforms is required.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Product Lead leading technical platforms or cloud infrastructure solutions is required.
  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and data engineering is required.
  • A demonstrated track record of building and scaling platform products from concept to enterprise-wide adoption using Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML lifecycle management, Large Language Model architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks is required.
  • Experience managing platform unit economics, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and cloud infrastructure budgets, especially Google Cloud Platform, is required.
  • A strong understanding of generative AI, large language model orchestration and arbitration, Model Context Protocol, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic layers and knowledge graphs, and automated agent evaluation is required.
  • In-depth familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery for machine learning and artificial intelligence, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, model registries, feature stores, and observability and tracing tools is required.
  • A solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, API management, event-driven architecture, and secure microservices design is required.
  • Expertise in backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, objectives and key results tracking, user journey mapping, and value realization is required.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and execute the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the AI Factory Platform, serving as the central hub for the enterprise agentic AI hub-and-spoke model.
  • Own and manage the squad backlog, translating architectural guidelines, enterprise strategic goals, and cross-squad AI requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical deliverables.
  • Deliver self-service platform capabilities, such as the Service Catalog, to accelerate onboarding across internal squads and democratize AI development.
  • Drive the industrialization of end-to-end automated continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for AI models and autonomous agents, targeting rapid code-commit-to-production cycles.
  • Lead the product roadmap for advanced multi-agent orchestration, arbitration platforms, tracing tools, and automated evaluation frameworks using Golden Datasets.
  • Standardize and catalogue reusable platform assets, API tool belts, certified agent skill libraries, and semantic data and knowledge graph layers for reuse across squads.
  • Embed continuous architectural guardrails, data access controls, and privacy, security, and model-risk compliance mechanisms into the platform pipeline.
  • Implement observability, model lineage, and monitoring frameworks to maintain high availability and minimize hallucination rates against verified benchmarks.
  • Partner with Information Security and Enterprise Architecture to enforce unified AISecOps standards and Model Context Protocol tool registry protocols across AI deployments.
  • Establish enterprise-wide FinOps controls, track token attribution, and implement optimization practices to prevent runaway large language model costs across consuming squads.
  • Monitor total cost of ownership and unit economics for foundational models, cloud infrastructure, and external API consumption, aligning spend with business value.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Security, and consuming business squads.
  • Partner with consuming squads to facilitate onboarding to the AI Factory platform, drive adoption, and maintain operational boundaries between consuming squads and the core platform team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments with complex BSS/OSS or decoupled enterprise system integrations is an asset.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
