What believers are saying

  • The April 2026 Rubikal acquisition accelerates AI product development and shortens engineering cycles.
  • The January 2026 FRA partnership broadens distribution through employees' children, a high-trust channel.
  • The April 2026 ILO pilot validates iSchool's social-impact model and opens ministry-backed expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Sub-Saharan Africa and six-country expansion strains execution after the $4.5 million 2023 round.
  • Dependency on schools and ministries exposes revenue to procurement delays and political churn.
  • If national contracts stall, iSchool loses its core scaling thesis and becomes a niche tutoring app.

What makes iSchool unique

  • Live Arabic-English coding classes for ages 6-18 differentiate iSchool from static e-learning.
  • The Rubikal acquisition added 21 engineers and in-house AI infrastructure control in 2026.
  • Government and institutional partnerships, including FRA and ILO, anchor iSchool beyond consumer subscriptions.
