  • Experience in hotel work or similar work is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public hotel areas in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition according to hotel procedures.
  • Stock housekeeping carts with supplies, replace linens, and replenish room amenities according to company standards and safety procedures.
  • Perform deep cleaning in guest rooms when needed, along with preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a cordial and helpful manner toward guests and employees.
  • Report to work regularly according to Avion Hospitality standards and the work schedule, which may vary with hotel needs.
  • Maintain a clean personal appearance and hygiene, including wearing the required uniform and name badge according to brand standards.
  • Follow Avion Hospitality rules and regulations to support efficient hotel operations.
  • Clean and fully stock assigned rooms during the shift.
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.
  • Remove waste and take soiled linens, towels, and other dirty items out of rooms.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
  • Disassemble furniture or guest-room items when necessary to perform deep cleaning.
  • Perform deep-cleaning tasks that may include changing air-conditioning filters, cleaning air-conditioning coils, touching up wall or trim paint, touching up scratched furniture, or replacing closed sliding doors.
