Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field (business, math, economics) or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in sales, account management, and/or analytics; 1-3 years managing teams with proven track record of high-performance
  • 3-5 years of payments experience required
  • Strong analytical skills; can do basic math with high attention to detail
  • Experience working in a customer-facing capacity
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proficient with Salesforce
Responsibilities
  • Drive go-to-market function of payments by supporting and enabling the Sales team, analyzing customer’s credit card statements, and providing pre-sale rate analysis
  • Attach and onboard customers to payments and financial services in the SMB/MM segments
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to manage portfolio of customers to drive Payments adoption/usage and optimize revenue, negotiating rates directly with customers
  • Participate in and manage cross-functional projects related to payments
  • Be the escalation point for customers and team members
  • Be the liaison with cross-departmental management and support payments enablement
  • Develop and manage projects to improve processes and product development
  • Manage, develop, and hire team members to ensure high level of excellence in team performance and job satisfaction
  • Be the primary contact for payments partners for daily business needs related to their team responsibilities
  • Be the subject-matter expert of Mindbody’s integrated payments solutions
  • Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, Excel, and PowerPoint on a regular basis for team and project management
  • Achieve company KPIs and objectives for Payment attachment and adoption
  • Develop, support, and manage key projects to support Mindbody’s payments strategy and customer's payments needs
  • Proficient in understanding, maintenance, and application of Payment specific reporting to track progress and metrics
  • Work with senior leadership to develop a GTM plan for additional Payments and Financial Solutions
  • Develop and maintain merchant loyalty and trust through effective communication, education, and transparency; provide a delightful experience to all customers and team members
  • Support your team with sales and renewals processes, drive enablement for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Optimize and continuously evolve the sales and onboarding process for payments products
  • Initiate and deliver payments and skills training to your team to support continuous growth and learning
  • Negotiate rates directly with customers as needed while maintaining pricing integrity; support your team in negotiating rates
  • Maintain an efficient process for periodic data analysis and reviews on a customer, brand, and/or portfolio level to ensure pricing integrity and find opportunities to optimize
  • Assist with overall relationship management of our key partners
  • All other duties as assigned
