What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the center of project execution—ensuring design intent is carried through construction while supporting teams and clients every step of the way.

• Review construction documents and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Manage and track shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Document and communicate decisions impacting scope, schedule, and budget
• Perform code and permitting research to support project compliance
• Support Project Managers with construction progress tracking, field reports, and punch lists
• Participate in design reviews, construction meetings, and site visits
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in construction management, such as:
• Construction Project Manager
• Construction Engineer
• Superintendent or Field Manager
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and MS Projects)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving

Note: A degree is not required. Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Familiarity with cost estimating practices and tools
• Experience with Revit, CADD, Newforma, or scheduling software
• Exposure to large-scale or complex building projects
