Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) credential is required.
  • At least one year of marketing, public relations, sales, or admissions experience is preferred.
  • The ability to operate a computer is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including assigned evenings and weekends, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely sales information regarding the Village.
  • Schedule and conduct Village tours to educate potential residents and their families about the Village and its services.
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including on-site and off-site events, outreach, networking, and relationship-building meetings.
  • Develop relationships with prospective residents by identifying needs, maintaining contact, and providing follow-up.
  • Sell Village housing accommodations and additional services to prospective residents using appropriate promotional materials and communication.
  • Enter all leads, including website leads, into the customer relationship management (CRM) database and conduct timely follow-up.
  • Gather information and establish resident and prospect records, including filing, revising and updating records and charts, gathering required data and documentation, and entering data.
  • Promote Village housing accommodations and additional services to increase sales.
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting admission interviews, answering inquiries, giving tours, and completing required forms for skilled nursing.
  • Attend appropriate meetings and training opportunities to stay informed about current information and develop skills.
  • Follow Presbyterian Villages policies and procedures, safety policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
