Oversee the day to day operations of all Client Solutions Teams in assigned territory for both AFCO & Prime Rate. Manage internal sales, quoting, pricing, profitability, expenses, telemarketing and supervision of staff. Make joint sales calls and develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve/exceed corporate receivables growth, profitability and net loss objectives. Ensure compliance with credit underwriting, operations, marketing, sales and regulatory policies as required. Responsible for organizational steering within area of expertise.
This position is a office-centric position; 4 days a week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hire and train qualified Client Solutions Managers and Account Executives to enhance volume, revenue, profit and client relationships in assigned relationship team.
2. Oversee hiring, training and performance management for all Account Executive/Marketing Liaisons, optimizing potential to develop into a sales role.
3. Oversee workflow of Client Solutions Teams for optimal service level and client experiences.
4. Apply rationale to credit decisions with Level 9 credit authority. Review, analyze and decision credit worthiness for prefi requests up to $1mm in Amount Financed and $250,000 in total credit exposure.
5. Approve loans for acceptance processing and funding above designated levels.
6. Review and approve policy verification documentation for all loans. Approve WIRE transactions up to $10mm.
7. Negotiate and troubleshoot individual transactions and/or overall agency relationships.
8. Create, update and define all Client Solutions Policy and Procedure.
9. Conduct one on one and group meetings to develop, promote & maintain sales strategies to drive portfolio loan growth.
10. Train, coach and general management/supervision.
11. Collaborate/coach with Sales staff to develop existing relationships through navigating transactions and quote delivery.
12. Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
13. Approve New Client qualifications for profitability and appropriate rates/terms to ensure proper return on assets (ROAs) are above minimum designated levels.
14. Work on product development, testing, training, trouble shooting and research for existing and new industry specific technology products.
15. Conduct joint sales calls with sales people in assigned territory to promote receivables growth.
16. Participate in steering, planning and administrative meetings.
17. Oversee quoting activities for assigned territory. Provide coaching and training for development of quote success rates.
18. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. Resolve customer service issues as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Five years of management experience
3. Ten years of premium finance experience with a broad background in all aspects of the business
4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
5. Strong problem solving skills
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Ability to work autonomously within the guidelines established by the corporation to achieve revenue and profit goals
8. Ability to travel frequently to visit clients, provide in person training to direct and indirect reports and meeting with senior management
9. Ability to analyze financial statements to perform credit review
10. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

1. Effective negotiating skills
2. Knowledge or experience in strategic planning, project or process management
