Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in logistics, or technical vocational training with an additional qualification in quality management.
  • Sound knowledge of common quality methods and tools, computer skills, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems.
  • Very good German language skills at least at C1 level and English language skills at least at B2 level.
  • Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, social competence, and a proactive working style.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Support site managers with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KTA 1401, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Support the execution and documentation of internal audits and preparation for external certification audits.
  • Identify suitable measures to sustainably resolve audit findings and implement measures for continuous process improvement.
  • Act as a contact person for questions concerning quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and statistics on QHSE topics.
  • Conduct training and raise employees' awareness of QHSE topics.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

  • Sound knowledge of logistics process flows.
