  • Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee infrastructure, information technology, and facilities to support hospital growth and modernization.
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across clinical and non-clinical departments.
