Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in multi-faceted digital marketing
  • Understanding of the nuanced integrated and digital needs of CPG, corporate, tech, and healthcare clients
  • Track record of winning, cultivating and organically growing digital business
  • Expert level knowledge of performance marketing, digital/social strategy and execution; content production, discovery and distribution; influencer marketing; and analytics. Bonus points for CX optimization experience, especially care.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, lead pitches and assume substantial business development role on core client teams
  • Champion external thought leadership and incubate new ideas and ways of working inside
  • Serve as a trusted counselor and serial ideator for our most important clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimize digital & integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ digital/social strategists, community engagement specialists, influencer experts and content creators, ensuring the best and brightest talent is engaged and inspired to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget
  • Articulate the future vision for social media, influencer and content in our office and oversee its implementation
  • Lead integrated social media, content and influencer strategy and operations on the office’s largest accounts
