Hybrid Role based in the Ohio, Colorado or India, working from your home office with occasional visits to our office. Subskribe is building a remote-based company and culture to allow top talent to join our journey and we are looking to hire sales professionals to join us in building an iconic company.
You will be an early member of our sales organization. You will evangelize Subskribe by generating new business opportunities primarily through outbound prospecting and sourcing high level conversations with senior leaders in prospect accounts to fuel our pipeline growth. By working closely with Subskribe founders, you will create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined customer segment. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our team. You will have a unique opportunity to grow your sales career (BDR to AE to Manager to Director) at a fast pace with an early stage well-funded startup.
Role and Responsibilities
- Generate interest and opportunity through sequences including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other organic ways (warm intros/referrals, etc)
- Use Subskribe’s sales tools to research leads and accounts and utilize discovery skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Subskribe can solve them
- Identify and target ICP (Ideal Candidate Profile) and book meetings
- Drive rich leads that result into high conversion of leads and into sales qualified opportunities
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the Subskribe product and value proposition
- Work closely with the Subskribe founders to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
- Consistently meet monthly targets
- Display a creative prospecting cadence for targeted accounts
- Partner with Marketing team weekly and share field feedback (e.g. objections from prospects, competitive questions/suggestions, input in ICP, etc)
Requirements
- 2+ year of sales or professional experience
- BA/BS degree preferred
- High energy
- Strong passion for selling and ability to communicate product’s value at all levels within organizations – Managers, Directors, VP, and C-Suite folks
- Excellent communicator; People enjoy having a conversation with you as you come of as friendly, empathetic, and thoughtful
- Resilient when faced with objections
- Desire and drive to work in a fast paced and high growth environment

- Outreach, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Nooks
