Responsibilities
Lead medium-sized engagements across a variety of client environments or multiple workstreams on larger programs while being supported by and learning from other team members, Account Leaders, and Experts.
Develop project plans, system implementation plans, processes, and/or requirements for medium-sized projects or multiple workstreams within an enterprise or complex program.
Perform project planning, resource planning, budgeting, issue and risk management, and status reporting.
Apply and communicate project leadership best practices and project lifecycle methodologies where applicable.

About the role
A member of the service delivery team, the Consultant is responsible for executing on projects with clients across a variety of industries and delivering transformational change and competitive advantage. Consultants will be responsible for leading medium projects or working on team engagements with other Forum resources.
Consultants are accountable for quality service delivery, client commitment, knowledge sharing and project specific direction across the project specific team, and self-driven professional development.
