Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in SEM or digital marketing, with a focus on paid search campaigns.
  • SEM/Display advertising experience would be preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of paid media tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc...)
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Major/minor in Economics, Math, Statistics, Marketing, Web Technologies, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to our sites
  • Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media campaigns to revenue targets within ROI requirements
  • Write ad copy at scale to maximize campaign performance
  • Ongoing campaign management and SEM bid optimization
  • Build out campaigns, features, and make account adjustments as needed
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Set weekly tasks and project priorities
  • Communicate regularly with management on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis
