About the job
- Several years of experience in account management and/or consulting in the public sector with demonstrable growth.
- Ability to communicate at C-level, listen strategically, synthesize complex topics, and position offerings effectively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision and a strong sense of ownership for shaping outcomes.
- Demonstrable professional experience in the public sector is mandatory, together with a deep understanding of political and institutional decision-making processes.
- Experience building and working with complex proposal structures, consortia, and partner networks.
- Willingness to attend customer visits on-site in Dresden.
- Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Build long-term, strategic trust-based relationships with decision-makers.
- Proactively transfer the entire Nortal portfolio into the account and establish new topic areas ahead of the competition.
- Manage proposals, margins, and resources independently.
- Make deliveries measurable and ensure scalable, reusable outcomes.

- Apply subject-matter and domain expertise while actively contributing to projects.
