About the Company

Odin

Manages construction workforce risk and onboarding

Odin Construction Workforce Risk is a platform that helps construction teams manage workforce data, onboard workers, and coordinate subcontractors to reduce risk and speed up projects. It works by providing a fully integrated system that handles data management, onboarding, and worker coordination in one place. Workers can be onboarded in their own language, which cuts onboarding time by at least 50%, and the platform uses subscription access plus a $20 per worker badge fee (printed or digital) as revenue. Odin differentiates itself from competitors with multilingual onboarding and a focus on workforce risk within construction, offering a single system that ties together data, coordination, and risk tools. The goal is to make construction projects safer and more efficient by improving onboarding, coordination, and data management, thereby reducing timelines and risk.
