A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
At least 3 years of overall professional experience in information technology consulting and systems development is required.
At least 3 years of experience developing applications using Java, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition, and Structured Query Language is required.
At least 1 year of systems development experience using Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate, iBATIS, MyBatis, and jQuery is required.
At least 3 years of systems development experience with relational database management systems is required.
Experience in an agile software development environment is required.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on coding and code profiling.
Work closely with client subject matter experts, the functional team, and management to support successful solution development.
Review and propose solutions to resolve legacy issues and design new solutions.
Perform Java development, including design, development, and testing, approximately 90% of the time.
Attend client meetings to discuss system requirements, approximately 10% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience using IBM Rational Suite for requirements management.
At least 1 year of experience using IBM Rational ClearCase for source and document versioning.
At least 1 year of experience with WebSphere Business Process Management, Process Server, or Choreographer.
At least 1 year of experience with WebLogic application server.
At least 1–2 years of experience in agile software development.
At least 1–2 years of experience in continuous integration.
At least 1 year of experience with Rational Team Concert and the Jazz platform.
At least 1–2 years of experience working in a Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 systems integration environment.
Job Description
