Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Genuine curiosity in learning customers' business
  • Ability to develop strong Account Plans for a book of business
  • Consultative approach in gaining insights into customers' pains
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Collaborative nature to work with Sales Engineers and Customer Success team
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Some formal sales training
Responsibilities
  • Driving growth and expansion through new products, services, business units, etc. with existing customers
  • Owning renewal process for selected accounts
  • Primary ownership of Account Plan identification and whitespace opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining executive level relationships within book of business
  • Conducting Annual Business Reviews with customers
  • Leveraging Showpad Partner network for customer value realization
  • Understanding and supporting customer's key strategic initiatives
