About the company

Chariot is a fintech tool for nonprofits that streamlines donations from donor-advised funds (DAFs) by providing DAFpay, a widget nonprofits embed on their websites. Donors can contribute directly from their DAF accounts in a few clicks, with the integration exposed via a JavaScript package and API for easy setup. This makes giving from DAFs faster and reduces administrative work for nonprofits, positioning Chariot as a B2B solution that earns revenue from nonprofit users (likely through subscriptions or per-transaction fees). The company differentiates itself by targeting the DAF-to-nonprofit donation flow and offering developer-friendly integration, aiming to expand charitable giving from DAF assets. Its goal is to simplify and scale digital fundraising by unlocking more DAF dollars for nonprofits.
