Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations is required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload prioritization for People Operations team members.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to HR processes and workflows to increase efficiency, strengthen compliance, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support HRIS process and system enhancements across the employee lifecycle by partnering with stakeholders to implement system updates, improve workflows, and leverage automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and support updates and documentation.
  • Improve and standardize documentation practices and partner with the manager and team members to develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures, process documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Partner with the manager to establish, monitor, and analyze service-level agreements and key performance indicators, using data and insights to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and policy updates.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolution of employee and stakeholder inquiries using established procedures, policies, and knowledge-management tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and compliance requirements in People Operations activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional in Human Resources certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.

Sotera Health CFO reaffirms 5%–6.5% organic growth for 2026, eyes $500M–$600M free cash flow
